Winemaker Dinner | Saturday, March 21st, 2026
5-7 pm at Kivelstadt
Join us for an intimate evening of food and wine as Kivelstadt Cellars hosts a special multi course winemaker dinner alongside the Bloom Carneros kitchen team. Throughout the evening, guests will enjoy a seasonal menu thoughtfully paired with Kivelstadt wines and guided by winemaker Luke Nio, who will share insights into the wines, vineyards, and stories behind each bottle.
The evening begins with small bites and a welcome pour before moving into a menu featuring dishes like a bright spring salad with strawberry balsamic and goat cheese, roasted salmon with herbed farro and lemon beurre blanc, and a choice of braised short rib or portobello steak served with creamy polenta and roasted heirloom carrots. Each course will be paired with standout Kivelstadt wines including Family Secret, Sibling Rivalry, Father’s Watch, and the bold 1950 Charbono.
This relaxed, communal evening offers a chance to slow down, share a table, and experience the wines of Kivelstadt through the lens of the people who make them.
