Kivelstadt Cellars requires the return of the original bottle for replacement. By law, Kivelstadt Cellars cannot accept returns of alcoholic beverages unless the product is corked or flawed. Kivelstadt Cellars is also unable to accept the return of wine that was damaged due to adverse weather conditions during shipment or wine that was ordered in error. Please send an email to tastingroom@kivelstadtcellars.com to arrange the return or replacement of the corked or flawed products.
Once the wine is received Kivelstadt Cellars will refund your credit card account for the cost of the wine less shipping and handling. If the original shipment was damaged or flawed you will receive a full refund, including shipping and handling charges. Please contact tastingroom@kivelstadtcellars.com for return instructions.
A reshipping fee will be applied to all canceled, refunded orders, or returned. This fee is 150% of the cost of re-shipping.
Membership: Shipping Orders
Kivelstadt Membership wine order recipients are responsible for inputting the correct delivery address and being available to sign for the shipped package. The shipping carrier will attempt to deliver your package three times, after the third attempt, it will return to our fulfillment center. Kivelstadt Cellars uses UPS for shipping & fulfillment needs, please contact tastingroom@kivelstadtcellars.com in the event that you desire fulfillment via a different shipping company. For reroute inquiries contact tastingroom@kivelstadtcellars.com. A restocking fee will be applied to any order that fails delivery due to customer error.
Membership: Joined & Cancellation Policy
I verify that I am at least 21 years of age. All cancellations must be given in writing prior to the planned membership processing date. Early cancellations will result in a fee that the credit card on file will be charged.

Once your wine order has been processed, we will send it to our fulfillment team to be shipped out. You will receive an email once it has shipped with the details of the wine order and the tracking number. You will also receive an email once your package has been delivered. If you have any questions about your wine order, please email tastingroom@kivelstadtcellars.com.
