We all love a good party… from backyard bbq’s, pool parties, family picnics, and even office parties! In fact, we love them so much, we’ve created a way for you to level up your next party by adding a wine tasting.  You heard us right - you can transport friends, family, and neighbors to the enjoyment of the Kivelstadt experience without leaving your backyard or living room!


How it Works

One of our talented tasting lounge staff will work with you to curate a custom tasting flight based on the preferences of your guests. They will then meet you at your home, office, or other suitable venue with everything needed for what is sure to be an unforgettable gathering with good food, good friends, and good wine!

The Offering

This tasting will consist of a sparkling toast for all your guests plus 2 oz pours of 4 wines along with guided conversation about the Kivelstadt Cellars story, and the eco-driven causes we support. We will keep things light and fun with the ultimate goal of lively conversation, education, and enjoyment! We encourage you to add a food element for the most enjoyable experience. But, if you’d like to keep it effortless, let us supply the food from Bloom Carneros!

Pricing & Details

  • Maximum of 20 guests.
  • Deposit of $250 to reserve a tasting (refunded with $750 or more in purchases)
  • Limit of 50 mile radius from Sonoma Square**
  • Any wine purchased ships direct from Sonoma to customers' homes.
  • All guests receive a 10% discount on any wine ordered AND 10% off shipping.
  • If any guest joins the wine club, they receive a 20% discount and FREE shipping on 6+ bottles.
  • Grazing boards or boxed lunch kits from Bloom Carneros can be added for an additional $25pp. 

Important Info

  • The host is solely responsible for organizing and securing the venue.
  • Please communicate a final guest count no less than 2 days prior to the event.
  • Bloom Carneros catered options are available at an additional cost. If catered items are desired, please submit final selections and any dietary restrictions no less than 7 days prior to the event.  Payment in full is required for catered food. 
  • We ensure that there will be no high pressure sales during this tasting. We ask for no sales guarantee from the host, but rather just to pass along to guests that incredible discounts will be available if guests choose to purchase. 
  • The $250 deposit will be refunded at the event if a minimum of $750 in sales occurs. 
  • Wine will only be served to those 21 years and older.  Our staff reserves the right to check ID’s and refuse service to those under the legal drinking age. 
  • We encourage the host to remind guests to practice safe alcohol consumption and consider ride-share / taxi services if needed.

If you live outside this area, arrangements can be made for a tasting with additional travel fees. Just ask!
